You really should consider uploading this mod to the Nexus, as to increase this mod's exposure, so that more modders would (hopefully) make mods compatible with this system.
Oh, and I'm not quite sure about Blender, but in 3ds, the z-offset seems to be ~9, instead of 11.8

用一个全透明的什么东东附在鞋子底下,它的高度正好等于鞋子下陷的高度,这样是不是可以把角色垫起来呢?

No, because each skeleton node is fixed at a certain coordinate, meaning that no matter how much "padding" you put under the feet, they won't raise the height of the character, otherwise there wouldn't be the need for this mod in the first place.
The only solution is to dynamically raise the height of the skeletal nodes, which is what this mod is doing.

先谢谢您的办法,我照着做了后主角一切正常,但是NPC穿上高跟后不会自动升高,不太懂脚本,不过貌似您添加法术的脚本里做了玩家判定?所以非玩家的NPC就不会添加这个能力?那是不是把那几个if语句去掉就可以让NPC也正常升高了?去掉没什么影响吧?

Found a bug.
Every time when you reload a saved game with the highheels effect on, the skeleton offset is remembered instead of purged/reset from memory, so that with every reload, the offset increases by *11.8*, until I restart the game.

可能我在法术那里乱勾的几个选项的问题......
玩家初始法术什么的,那些乱勾的,没考虑....

这段不是判断当前角色是否玩家的吗?我把判断语句去掉,只留下akActor.AddSpell (_testheel, false)就没问题了,NPC也会自动升高了,就是不知道会不会有什么影响。。。

Yes, I think an absolute coordinate system would be for the best.
The standard practice for creating 3D mesh is to lock the pivots at origin, so I don't think it would be an issue - though I'm sure there are modders who don't quite follow the standard procedures...
Can't have the cake and eat it too I suppose.
