I originally had no intention of uploading this mod, I was just making it for myself and my friends that were playing, but then I figured maybe somebody else would want to try it! I recommend putting it near the top of your mod load list so it doesn't mess up your other mods.

My goals were to buff some of the weaker spells to be more attractive, give more upcasting benefits, and reduce the number of concentration spells overall
