More Technologies Mod更新版兼容1.2.1

I took the liberty of updating and fixing a few minor things with your stellaris mod so people can continue to use it. I updated mod version, put in English files for the other localisations (so they dont get blank research/names) and fixed core sectors -> core systems. I added a changelog so you can see what I have done.

Download from my dropbox:  https://www.dropbox.com/s/n0m2srspffpvmfm/More%20Technologies.zip?dl=1

To install: unsub from this mod, then go to:
C:\Users\<name>\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\mod
and extract the zip there. Open the More technologies mod folder and copy the "descriptor.mod" file and paste it into the above mentioned mod folder next to the more technologies folder.
Rename "descriptor.mod" that you just copied and pasted to "More_Technologies.mod"
When you launch the game you should be able to select the more technologies mod again under mods.        

就是做水晶扩展包那哥们Guilliman        说他做了这个mod 的更新，但是我进不到他那个下载地址啊，打不开网页，另外可能翻译也需要更新，请各位大神出手相助，这个mod还是很有意思的。

感谢mod原作者，感谢Guilliman 老兄的修改更新，感谢春天的园草的提取以及众多汉化工作人员，亲测已兼容1.2.1版，并修复了星球修改为星域后一些科技无效等问题，兼容!More Chinese汉化。

貌似没有，https是个数字签名认证的网址啊，可能是这原因吧。
