The most important news: there are as many ROP units on GTX 980 Ti as on TITAN X. This is probably why GTX 980 Ti does so well in gaming benchmarks, making it almost impossible to differentiate the two.
It is also confirmed that GeForce GTX 980 Ti has 176 Texture units, which is exactly what we expected. GeForce GTX 980 Ti has 6GB GDDR5 memory and 384-bit interface. Card is clocked lower than TITAN X (1000/1076 vs 1000/1089 MHz), but the memory clock is still the same (7 GHz).

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 Ti should arrive on June 1st or 2nd. We are still in the process of confirming TDP and pricing.

The same site also posted first gaming benchmarks. They also included their FireStrike scores, which we covered a week ago.
Judging from the charts, GTX 980 Ti and TITAN X offer similar of not the same performance. The gap is more visible in gaming scenarios, although the benchmarks were only done on 1080p resolution, so the difference may even be higher once we go beyond that.
