Band of Brother Monks In Haxhi, Brother Holt at St. Eadric's Shrine will ask you to locate Brother Padric at a dungeon called Splitrock Depths. It's another easy "find the missings persons" quest. Note that you should try to complete The Height of Crime with this mission, since it will occur in the same dungeon.

The missing monk is actually located on the cliff in Haxhi, but you need to go through the cave system to reach it. Once you have the journal, you may return to St. Eadric's and let the other monks what happened to the missing friar.
