MADE A VERSION 3.0 - APPARENTLY IT STILL REQUIRES CARAVANPACK.ESM, THOUGH I CANNOT FIGURE OUT WHY. IN GECK IT IS NOT EVEN LISTED AS ONE OF THIS FILE'S MASTERS.
Simply put, the game looks like ass, even with the highest distance/LOD settings on. Things are often grainy, fidgety and unsightly. In order to fix this, at least to some extent, I went in and created some enhanced depth of view.
With this mod, things from a distance are more naturally fuzzy. This, in my opinion, makes things more pleasing to the eye. I understand it may not be everyone's cup of tea, but I just could not stand for such ugliness even a day into playing the game.
There might be a small performance hit on lower-end computers. I can run the game on high and any hit I get from it is too minimal to notice. Lemme know if you find any bugs.
To install, stick this file into the "fallout new vegas/data" folder, run the launcher, and check it in Data Files.
