Adds Bronson's Fallout 3 adaptation of neovinci's SG Stargazer Armors Oblivion mod to the game.

Mod Requirements:
dimon99's Type 3 body. Get it here:
http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4280

Instructions:
Just coc 11SGCell, open the crate, get your stuff and then fast travel back out.

直接用FOMM查看MOD中的Container(容器)代码，再用控制台Plaayer.placeatme调出即可，事后可以用disable删除调出的容器
