Vista、Win7下applocale的安装方法 首先要说明的是，在vista和win7下面就算不用applocale，这些日文游戏也不会出现乱码，不过你会发现那字体比较难看，而且字的周围好像都有一圈毛边（至少初音岛系列是如此）。 下面要说的是在vista/win7下安装applocale的方法，不过在网上搜了下发现早在一年多前就有人提出来了……就比较郁闷，不过还是在这儿说下吧。 点击开始->所有程序(All Programs)->附件(accessories)，对“命令提示符”(Command Prompt)单击鼠标右键，选择以管理员方式运行(Run as Administrator)，确定。 假设你的applocale的安装文件是在E:tempapploc.msi这里，那么就在弹出的窗口中输入E:tempapploc.msi，然后回车，然后按步骤安装就好了……就这么简单。 原理就是这个软件安装需要管理员权限，但是.msi的文件的右键菜单中没有这个选项。不过vista的程序的权限是可以继承的，所以这样就OK了。 下图中，上面是没用applocale的效果，下面是用了的。日语还不是特别明显，如果是英语的话（比如我玩dcpc用的英文补丁），不用app几乎就没法阅读了。

答：使用方法:先安装,然后点开始菜单,在所有程序上找到Microsoft Applocale,再找到Applocale,点进去,然后下一步,选启动应用程序,再点浏览,选择你要进行转换的乱码游戏的EXE运行文件,然后点下一步,在应用程序的语言上选中文(繁体),然后点下一步,最后你可以选择创建快捷方式,那你下次进入是就不用慢慢再做一次了,最后按完成!那你进入游戏后就会发现乱码问题都解决了!!哈哈!!很爽吧!!如果你下次要再进入,就直接从开始菜单那里进入就可以了!!

Windows 用于显示用户界面中向导、对话框、菜单的语言，和一些文本语言都是可以变更的；为了工作生活方便，或纯粹出于个人爱好，我们可能会用到几种不同的显示语言。
那该怎么改动呢？下面，小易就一步步来演示一下。（很简单，几个步骤就能搞定...）



首先，我们需要下载语言包：

1.单击开始，在开始搜索框中，输入检查更新；打开检查更新，点在线检查来自 Microsoft Update 的更新；




2.单击可选更新，选择需要的语言包，然后按确定；




3.单击安装更新；（接下来系统会自动下载并安装语言包，包的大小不同，需要的时间也会不一样；不过通常要十分钟左右 。）






小易提醒：如果安装了许多附加的语言包，磁盘空间和系统性能会受到影响。因此，小易建议您仅添加需要的语言包 到计算机。

装好语言包，现在我们就可以来更改显示语言了;

1.单击开始，在开始搜索框中，输入更改显示语言，点开；



2.在选择显示语言下拉菜单中，选择目标语言，单击确定；



3.最后，重启一下计算机就可以啦。


注意：Windows 7 多语言用户界面包(MUI)需要使用许可证，且仅在 Windows 7 旗舰版和 Windows 7 企业版中可用。

軟體簡介：   
    微軟開發了一個名叫 "AppLocale" 的程式，它可以讓你的 Windows XP (或更新) 作業系統下，執行非系統預設的地區編碼之程式，也就是說：在繁體版的XP下執行GB編碼的程式後，此GB程式呈現出來的文字都將是工整的簡體字，而不是亂碼。

AppLocale也可應用在其他各國的程式上，不管是日文、韓文、法國文，都可適用，任何文字編碼的程式都可藉由它來正確地顯示文字，享受原本只有 Unicode 的程式才有的好處，從此告別程式亂碼的苦惱。

雖說自Windows 2000以來，系統預設的地區編碼便可經由控制台來自行改變，但是更改此項設定需要重新開機，而且新設定會影響整個系統下的所有程式，十分不方便。有了AppLocale後，我們便可以指定某一程式，以指定的文字編碼呈現，不需重新開機，也不會影響其他程式的運作。

筆者試了幾個GB文字編碼的程式，皆證實AppLocale可以正確顯示簡體中文，也試了個需要 DirectX 的GB碼版本的遊戲，依然正確地顯示簡體中文，如同在簡體版Windows一般。

經過 AppLocale 作用後，畫面正確地顯示GB碼文字，如同是Unicode程式一般。

※發現，使用過 AppLocale 後，"C:WINDOWSAppPatch" 這個資料夾可能會出現 "AppLoc.tmp" 這個檔案。此檔案可能會造成 "Windows Installer" 運作錯誤，不但安裝程式的畫面變成亂碼，還會隨著安裝程序，把亂碼帶入 Registry，造成許多問題。這應該算是 AppLocale 的 Bug 吧，請網友注意。
但我 (AndyGod) 有一個沒有這個 BUG 的 AppLoc.tmp，有需要的人可下載 AppLoc.tmp-fix-.rar。

AppLocale 是微軟提供的免費軟體，它只能在 Windows XP、Windows 2003 上執行。

這個程式經過安裝後，會在「開始」功能表「程式集」中多一個群組「Microsoft AppLocale」，執行「AppLocale」後會出現「AppLocale 精靈」，依照畫面指示來完成每個步驟便可，在最後的步驟中若是指定要「建立捷徑」，則新建立的捷徑將存放在「Microsoft AppLocale」同一個群組內。

因應AppLocale的問世，「日換星移」修改了一些功能，只要將捷徑或EXE檔案拖放至GB (或Big5) 文字區，您就可以得到一個正確顯示文字畫面的應用程式了。

4, 再次尝试安装更新。

此时确认问题是否解决。

打开后找下800B0100的错误代码然后把附近的记录复制上来，或者把CBS.log日志直接上传到网络空间，比如你的live共享空间，我们可以来查看 。

app必须载入以安完的免DVD补丁 并在选择语言时选择土耳其语 并在最后的方块里点对勾
如果不好使 查看语言包 可能在这方面可能出问题
在选择语言时 要看好不要选错

说明你的电脑系统是XP精简版的，
对于apploc来说添加了语言包是不管用的...
建议重装一个XP完整版系统，[当然vista home版也行].
