1) Prevent new runes from existing unless character has completed the Dagna quest.
2) Gradually phase the new runes into vendor inventories and treasure tables chronologically & geographically after the Dagna quest is completed. I.E. At first only novice new runes are available, and they are only available at the circle tower. Next the journeyman runes are available at the tower, and the novice runes are available at appropriate nearby vendors (e.g. redcliff) and appropriate monster drops. etc, etc

我裝完mod做了dagna任務去法師塔也沒見有新符文賣
赤岩的npc也沒新貨

据这个说明说是完成矮人Dagna任务后逐渐增加符文，但是没说明增加程度的依据是什么，不明真相。。。。

1防止新的符文生产除非你的角色已经完成了dagna要求了~~
