Here's the proper release of Sheva to Jill Battlesuit swap.
So this proper release should see you being able to play from the very first chapter to the end of the story. I tested it and it seems stable enough for a release.
However, there's still this little bug that I could not pinpoint where it causing it, but it's so minor that I think you guys will be kind enough to accept it as part of the game/mod. The bug is in civilian checkpoint, when the game camera zooms in close to Jill/sheva's eyes. You will know what I mean. (Dont worry this small bug will not crash your game)
Cutscenes are all working correctly.
Future swaps for other characters should have no problem now that this is resolved.
I'm considering a swap for Jill BSAA as well and not to forget Jill transparent's upcoming patch will include this fix.

Installation:
Simply unpack the folders into your resident evil 5nativepc and overwrite all old files when prompted (make sure you backup your files beforehand)
Before you apply the hotfix ver3, please first run the game and see if you get a crash in chp1-1 or other crashes. If you do, then patch hotfix ver3. I have reports from different people who claim their game run through fine from chapter 1-1 onwards to the end. Also you need to remove all old mods before installing Jill battlesuit proper release.
BUG: (updated 24-11-09)
This varies, after installing the mod, please apply the hotfix ver3.7z (reupload) to patch the mod if you experience crashes. Unpack to resident evil 5nativepc and overwrite any files applicable.
