Version 1.7.0 "Igbo-Ukwu"

Igbo-Ukwu is a Nigerian town notable for its archaeological sites, which provide ample evidence for the existence of a complex and artistically sophisticated medieval culture. The oldest known bronze artifacts in West Africa were found in Igbo-Ukwu, dating to as early as the 9th century.

Updated to vanilla patch 1.7.0 "Bastion"
Added placeholder friendship/rival reasons (more will be added in the future)
Mogao Caves bonus now applies to the county holder
Rebalanced Marc’Hegion MAA to scale damage and toughness with era
Tweaked the logic for the Tarim Basin court events to prevent any potential weirdness from courtiers involved in those events
Miscellaneous bugfixes
