Increases the resolution size from 256 to 1024 and creates new textures for screen, world, wounds and static blood decals. Esps are used to increase the size appearance of the blood and adjustments for screen blood. ini will change max amount and lifetime for blood that is in the world space.

I've updated and uploaded the 2 alternate texture files for screen blood. A update to the would blood textures is also separated. The main download hasn't changed so you need the those files installed first.

Open FALLOUT Config file found in:

-After its open find bInvalidateOlderFiles and change the 0 to 1
ex.
bInvalidateOlderFiles=0
to
bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
-Next, find the following lines:
fDecalLifetime=10.0000
iMaxDecalsPerFrame=50
and change the numbers to:
fDecalLifetime=999.0000
iMaxDecalsPerFrame=99
-Now open FalloutPrefs.ini and change:
iMaxDecalsPerFrame=10
to
iMaxDecalsPerFrame=99

Extract data folder into your fallout 3 directory.
-alternate textures
for alternate screen blood, go to:
Datatexturesgore
Open zip file named Alt Screen Blood or Alt Blur Screen Blood
Then, extract the file into the gore folder and replace.
AND/OR
for alternate world blood, go to:
Datatexturesdecals
Open zip file named Alt World Blood
Then, extract the file into the decals folder and replace.

With those esps they will increase blood appearance size for wounds and decals. Not using them will use the default size instead.
Go to:
DataEnhanced Blood ESPs
Pick on of the following esp to move to the data folder:
dD-Larger Blood.esp:
Increases the blood screen size and uses reduced fade time.
dD-Less Blood Time.esp:
Decreases removal time and keeps default blood size
dD-Less Blood Time, Larger Blood:
Decreases removal time and increases screen blood size
dD-No Screen Blood:
Disables blood on screen.
After a file is moved run the launcher or Fallout Mod Manager
and check the box on the dD file.
You may now delete the Enhanced Blood ESPs folder
