To get the uncensored version, do this!
Hey,

If you want to play the game uncensored, please: hold ESC + UP ARROW for 3 seconds in Main Menu (the one the game starts with). You can do it also with a game pad, please: hold 'B' (X-box layout) + UP (D-pad) also for 3 seconds.
