某些大神克隆的GHO版把win10部分功能阉割了，我曾下载的一版在设置里面连“服务”功能都搜索不到。那一版我也是进游戏LOGO就闪退。

国外网站的解决办法
For ppls who game Crash after Logo (I had this problem) with no errors try this!
It's probably Language localization issue.In Windows go to Settings > Region and language > Preferred Languages and put English (United States) on top.Usually some language pack things will install so try restarting PC and launching game again.
This worked for me .
我翻译一下:在windows设定中 找到地区与语言这一项 然后会看到惯用语言 也就是你输入法的语言把其中的English (United States)顺序移至最上面可能需要重启电脑
