《外星国度（Alien Nations）》是Neo Software Produktions制作的一款模拟经营游戏。还记得以建设为游戏主体，风格清新亮丽的《工人物语3》吗？它一反过去及时策略游戏以杀戮为主要内容的作法，改以建造发展取代战争成为游戏的重心。即使最后仍然避免不了战争场面，也以较为轻松幽默的方式，取代以往严肃血腥的战场风貌，因而获得许多女性玩家们的青睐。《外星国度》给人的整体感觉大致和《工人物语3》类似，而且比后者更复杂、更有挑战性，并且还多了一分《工人物语3》中所没有的童趣。
