　GeForce GT 1030采用14nm制程的Pascal架构，核心代号为GP108，具体型号为GP108-300-A1，通过代号可知，如果有GT 1040的话，其核心代号应为GP108-400-A1。GP102-300芯片共有384个CUDA核心，TMUs数量为24个，后端的ROPs数量为8个，包含1个带宽为64bit的双通道显存控制单元，大小为2GB。同GT 730相比，其各项硬参数基本相同，不过TMU的数量下降了8个，显存带宽从40GB/s上升至48GB/s，显存大小翻倍。
