内置MOD管理器没显示MOD可能没把plugins的只读属性取消

把只读属性取消了，游戏才能在plugins文件里写入MOD名称。plugins文件里有MOD名称，才能在内置MOD管理器上显示；加载。

只读属性的意思：此文件只能读取不能写入。
