《无须在意（Nevermind）》其实是款依照玩家信条程度来强化惊悚的恐怖游戏，若玩家的焦虑和压力程度升高，游戏也会动态的增强难度与张力，玩家因此必须学会克服恐惧，降低心跳，令自身回到正常状态。本游戏源自心理治疗的研究，协助精神患者学会与恐惧相处，以重返现实生活，是一款非常有趣而且以为深远的游戏。
《无须在意（Nevermind）》的目标是创造一个难忘的游戏体验，也教导玩家如何在紧张的情况下了解自己的心态反应。
