谁知道GOG版的永恒之柱如何升级？

之前下载了热心网友上传的GOG版的永恒之柱，但是不知道怎么升级。。。。
请问GOG版的怎么升级啊？

原贴有发补丁，不过暂时只升到524，而且才几十兆。
3dm发的好像也能用，我没有试过
