Tweaked glowstick behavior - can no longer deactivate, and they have a dead state.

这就是我之前一直不玩近战的原因,丢丢捡捡太麻烦

这个不清楚,工作量应该不大。十分期待汉化后SDL的飞速效果~ 存档的话...还是问汉化组吧... 真的是超流畅超幸福,我泪水流下来 {:3_94:}多谢翻译,俺来顶下啊 终于出正式版了,希望能有内置图形版本。 看着眼馋阿
