Origin的账户在付款的时候总是自动登出

用了客户端还有网页版都是这样，在checkout的时候就自动登出了

Returning Customer?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      The email address and password you entered appears to be invalid                                                                              
                                                                        

再次登录也登不进去。

各位有遇到过这种问题吗？如何搞定？
