火炬2最终测试版，打不开“surprise.exe”，求高人指点~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

我连SURPRISE都打不开，直接报Unable to find a version of the runtime to run this application.错误，怎么解决？我装了最新的。netframework了，可是没用，重装游戏好几次，依旧没有动静。。。。这是中么了。。。。。{:3_137:}
