运行联机显示unable to find a version of the runtime to run this application怎么解决？

我用的是13.9G的英文版，打上1.4.238的补丁（覆盖在游戏根目录下），然后用T服的登陆器，双击后出现：unable to find a version of the runtime to run this application！
我以为是我没有装.net4.0,于是重安装了一遍.NET4.0，可是双击后还是出现这句话。请问是什么原因呢，有人说装3.5可以解决，不知道会不会是这样？
有人能帮助分析一下不？呼唤强力技术宅啊

NET4.0没装好，我也是这样，装了NET4.0也出现这种情况，然后到微软上面下了个NET4.0，就可以了

在微软官网下 http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=17851 就没问题

悲剧我也出现这个问题了· 以前好好的· 重做系统后·就unable to find a version of the runtime to run this application·提示应该是NET的问题
用了微软的4.0居然好了· 我擦··我从2. 3.0 3.5 4.0 下了一遍都不管 ·擦 微软玩垄断 啊·
