ntauthority, altermw3, trolls...
Well, here we go - the main developer of altermw3, the one and only superstar of the internet - ntauthority, decided to make some useless statement on how he spent "3 days of hard work doing mostly nothing".Really? Really?? Let's take a look at some facts then, shall we?
The real development of code needed to make the MW3 work started just about when he bagun working on AlterBO. These games use practically same netcode, services and all. What he failed to mention is that "3 days" of programming isn't what counts for development time. I wouldn't normally go and make a post just to point that out, if he didn't post such nonsense on the main page, just few hours after I mentioned the "3 month development time" in my post.
We've enabled users to play on LAN while totally offline, with 3 months of research, doing everything from scrach. The actual programming days can be counted on the fingers of one hand.
Now, why is alterIW so mad at us? Cause we beat them at delivering something to the community for free?
Well if that's the case, it would be really weird, cause I asked them a number of times if they're planning to do a MW3 mod, hearing the answer 'No' all the time, I decided to bring that to you my self, no thank you needed though, because it was fun.
One other thing, nta, please, take your head out of your ass, okay? You didn't even thank me or even mention anywhere that I helped you to bypass the Steam crc-routines needed in order to apply your Mw3 patches. Psst, no, you didn't help me with dedicated ranked matches - I figured that one too (before you). So yeah, thanks for nothing.
I didn't want to make such post, nta made me to. Why he's being so disrespectful? Is he inmature? Looking for competition? Cause we're not. All we wanted to do is bring something nice to the community. I hoped the mods can co-exist peacefully, I guess I was wrong.
