显示血插件2.11.45 (修复显示 1HP问题)

PS:在旧版本 , 当生存者倒地救起后.会显示 1HP问题.新版已经修复这问题
   删除旧版本shownpchp.smx 插件

* v2.11.45 - Fixed: Issues showing players dead, when healed.

* v2.11.44 - Fixed: Issues with MultiTanks (version 1.5).

* v2.11.43 - Fixed: Tanks showing "(DEAD)", even when alive or just spawned.
