[求助]bbct电脑版无法连live

游戏下好，key买到以后注册了windows live id，开始游戏时登入windows live 输入注册的邮箱和key之后在join live的downloading profile的时候显示和windows live断开联系。提示the profile could not be signed in to live .there may be a network problem or the windows live service may not be available我该怎么办

新的key要新的local存档LS正解不行你问一下 卖key的人 咱也这样的
